No matter what bike you own, we have a solution for your ride. The GIpro with ATRE and GIpro DS-series models have limited compatibility. The GIpro X-type models will work on all motorcycles, ATVs, cars and other vehicles with 4, 5 or 6 gear positions.
To make the installation as simple as possible, we offer plug ‘n go harness kits for hundreds of different bikes. A universal harness kit is available and there’s a kit too for older bikes with a cable driven speedometer or without any speedometer at all such as off-road motorcycles.
Thanks to a modern microprocessor and sophisticated firmware which was polished for years and installed on thousands of vehicles, the GIpro X-type offers endless compatibility, quicker response and more reliable readings than any competing product.

Highly Advanced Technology
Unlike other competitors’ products the GIpro-DS reads the gear position information directly from the bike’s built in sensors, which makes it faster and more reliable than other gear indicators sold today.

Simple yet stylish
It has a simple and clear front face which goes along nicely with any OEM/factory instrument panel or aftermarket dash.

Size does matter!
Another unique feature is the size. Same size as the GIpro-DS this is also the smallest, most compact gear indicator on the market. Just the perfect size!

5 display colors
Extra bright, high contrast display which can be seen even in very bright conditions, e.g. direct sunlight. The unit is now available with Red, Blue, Green, Yellow and White color display options.

Endless compatibility
The X-Type excels in the compatibility department as well. it works with all 5 and 6 speed bikes and even cars. Yes, that’s right! CARS. Or kit cars, go karts and everything in between. Just meet the gearbox criteria and you’re ready to go X-type.
